M5 Wellness is a local natural health store serving Tyler, TX. We offer in-store pickup and local delivery — we do not ship orders.

How Your Order Works

When you place an order through our store, we'll reach out within one business day to confirm your pickup time. Most items are ready for pickup within 2–7 business days — some are on our shelves ready to go, and others we order directly from our vendor partners once your order comes in. Either way, we'll keep you posted every step of the way.

If you have questions about timing for a specific product, call or email us before ordering and we're happy to check.

You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to addresses in the Tyler area. Delivery availability and timing will be confirmed after your order is placed. Contact us with any questions about delivery to your address.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during store hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
